Use of third party suppliers

General terms relating to reservations in the properties

In addition to other terms and conditions contained on this site relating to our properties, for reservations made on this site are applicable to the following terms and conditions:

the cancellation policies and other information about specific room reservations and properties may vary depending on the properties and the type of reservation. The rules of individual tariffs, information on fees, applicable charges and cancellation policies can be displayed in the booking section of the site

If you have plans to travel with a pet, please check directly with the actual properties that accept pets. Undici&Ventisette ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY regarding the rules on pets of the individual properties

Reservations made by one or more individuals or by an agency on the site on behalf of one or more potential guests, and involving more than three (3) rooms on the same property for the same period of stay must be made directly through the the property. If you book more than three (3) rooms on the same property for the same period of stay through other methods, Undici&Ventisette reserves the right to cancel or impose additional requirements on such reservations

With regard to requests for specific features such as type of linen or smoking rooms, most of the properties will attempt to meet those demands, but neither properties nor Undici&Ventisette ensure that the request can be satisfied

Some fares require special requirements or specific age limit at the time of registration. Verify that you have the requirements for the rate booked. The properties are not obliged to comply with this tariff if the user does not possess the necessary requirements


Refusal of access

At its sole discretion, in addition to other rights or remedies available to Undici&Ventisette, and without any liability whatsoever towards the user, at any time and without notice, Undici&Ventisette may terminate or restrict your access to the site and related services


Titles

The titles used in these terms are included for convenience only and shall not limit or have other effects on these terms

Applicable Law

Any disputes relating to the site will be regulated in accordance with the laws of Italy applicable to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in Italy. All unresolved disputes between the parties and causes of action arising out of or related to the program, will be resolved individually, without resort to collective action

These terms, together with those incorporated herein or referred to (including, without limitation, the Online Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between the user and Undici&Ventisette about in the subject matter, supersede any previous agreement (written or oral) concerning the subject matter and cannot be modified except in writing or by making such changes available on the site
